TOYOTA GLANZA automatic - plug n play or standalone ECU

Postby Rondon73 » Fri Oct 26, 2018 6:15 pm

Hi Folks,

Im looking for help. My licence is restricted to automatics due to a disability. I'm trying to find a piggyback or standalone ecu that will work with an automatic gearbox.

The car is a 1996 Starlet Glanza V 1.3 turbo automatic.

I fancied a ME221 but I spoke to Motorsport Electronics said that it has not been tried with auto and they said it is not compatible, same deal with Link ECU and not sure if the piggyback e manage ECU would work.

Can anyone tell me what standalone ecu would work and if Blue emanage piggyback would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Ronz
