TDI AGR conversion to VNT

Postby karsut » Mon Oct 15, 2018 9:48 pm

Hello,
I`ve got Bora 2000 1.9 TDI AGR.
I`m going to put there incjector nozzles "0.230" with stock pump, at the moment. Stock pump gives max 4.5v which gaved 127 ps and 278 nm. As i can read on VCDS these 4.5v reach at 3600rpm at the moment. and also after 3000 rpms it gets smoky on stock k03-015.
Also i want to put turbo GT1749VA/VB. As i know i need to put all vacuum system, as i heard i can use my EGR solenoid. Also i need to change downpipe.
With turbo there will come FMIC 550x180x65. How much can it handle?
My questions is.
Do i need to modify fuel PID to change nozzles with stock pump?
Can stock ECU 038 906 012 K handle VNT turbo? i know i need to change n75 map, but do i need to change PID? I read few topics about PID`s but don`t understant how to modify them.
for example, if i will take turbo from ASZ i can just copy n75 map, and only change WOT parts of it, or i need to modify all map to not loss fuel consumption?
If stock ECU don`t handle it i will take GT1549S. do i need to change PID`s with this turbo?
Stock k03-015 gives requested 1.1bar at 2200 rpms. How will spool up GT1549S?
Regards;)
