Soft before Dieselgate

Hi all,
I have ECU 03L906023KB ( 1.6 TDI CAYC 105 KM , The Beetle) after "dieselgate" action software version 9979. Which version for this ECU is the last one before "dieselgate" ?

9623 for your car is earliest clean one.
