Smoke on Low Gears | PUG 406 EDC15c2

Postby MothaHDI » Wed May 23, 2018 3:36 pm

Hi! I cant figure it out why my car when pulling hard on 1st and 2nd gears smokes... MY Afr is pretty normal (around 16).
I've had a problem with my maf, my calculations where always wrong and i found out that because of my blown turbo, the MAF was full of oil :?

Can anyone help?

My car is the 406 2.0 HDI RHY so is installed:

FMIC of a peugeot 508 (much larger)
Copied some maps and adapted the SW of the RHZ Version so i did like an "stage 2", around 135HP.
Decat
EGR BLANK Physically, i cant find the switch on my ecu.

722CD - Perhaps this is an EGR key. Remove the chip from the solenoid valve!
And the MAF parameters of the sensor are changing, aging.
stok 90hp?

Thanx for the answer!! I'll give it a look when i have time.
Removing the chip wont cause the car to go limp mode? Now the vacuum pipe is sealed.
Yep, it WAS stock 90hp

I know its not common but i can ear a "Wooshhh" of my turbo when i release the acelerator pedal, Its a garret GT15 doing about 1.3bar . I must have a leak, thats why the smoke :problem:

faulty MAF, Lambda

Standard AFR is rarely 16:1 ;-)

Standard AFR is 19-22:1 ... 17.4:1 used for quicker turbo spooling at revs below 2250rpm (depending on turbo size)
