Skoda Superb 1.9 TDI PD AWX 038906019KE

Hello.
What do you say about this tune?
I would expect something around 155 BHP@4000rpm and 340Nm@2000rpm

Changed driver wish, torque limit, boost target, smoke limit (rescaled up to maf reading limit) Limited max iq to 58mg/stroke (if i exceed 60 need to recalculate duration maps and SOI and that`s not my goal with this car as is a free tune for a friend).

Looks good! I think it'll work well, if you fix the first item in my list of comments!

Comments:
-The boost limit map isn't changed, so requested boost will go above the limit. This will cause a check engine light (MIL)!.
This should by fixed before flashing to a car.
-You changed the boost map all over, that's probably not necessary (for lower IQ's). You've been conservative at low IQ's so it probably wont really pose a problem.
-There is some more room in the smoke limiter if you go to AFR 1:17, that's what I think is still smoke free.

Fix the boost limit, keep original boost in low rpm, most of us after EGR block we decrease boost in low rpm to eliminate negative turbo work and get better economy.
I can tell you from a lot of researches that fully open turbo vanes makes the best economy.

How much I can decrease boost in EGR area? 50mbar or more?

Low rpm i mean low load (0 - 20 mg) and from 1500 rpm to 2500 leta say, where you consider isyour cruising area. Look where EGR was more active, you can lower 10% leyts say and open vanes n75 map with 10%. If you do it more, you will have some lag, but 10% will be okay. In EDC suite big values means open and small values (25%) means almost fully closed.

It is 10% of actual value or 10 unit [%]?

10% from current value, try and see how the pedal response. Driving in city will not achieve too much economy but in cruising will make difference. Open vanes = less turbo work, its like SDI cars, which have great economy. SDI cars have maximum 25 - 28 mg to keep AFR in range with 1000 mbar(474 mg air one cylinder from 1.9 tdi engine).
The main idea is to keep vanes more open, they will make whole work, lwopering boost its only to avoid vanes to be closed by PID controller.
When pressure deviation is more than a value X, then PID controller will overwrite the N75 map.
PID controller = proportional-integral-derivative controller, an alghoritm to correct the difference requested vs actual.

I understand relation between EGR and boost (turbo vanes). I am asking you because I haven't experience with values used in tuned maps.

Thanks and sorry for my english ;)
