Siemens EMS2000 Boot mode compatibility

Postby Wod » Mon Jan 15, 2018 5:55 pm

Hi guys, has anybody tried to read/write with either Galletto 1250/60 or MPPS 12/13?

Am looking to clone my ECU so that I have a backup.
Both tools give a full data read via OBD but as I understand it, must use boot mode to write full data as opposed to Map data only.

Regards,
Warwick

Your MPPS can't write this ECU in boot mode, have boot option for Bosch only.
Galletto 1260, no.
Buy a cheap Galleto FGTech to do this job.
