Recovering Delphi solenoid CRD2.20 Ecu

Hi.. Got a problem with this ecu for a Mercedes Vito 113 cdi.
It failed writing a tuned file to the car with CMD Flash slave tool..
Cmd support says its a failure in the tuned file. The car wont start now.
I cant write the original back in with the cmd flash slave tool.
Has anyone got an idea to recover this ecu????
