Rate my tune Peugeot 307 2.0 HDI 110 HP

Postby dudu » Fri Jan 15, 2016 10:27 am

Hi
I am new in this forum.
Some time ago I change my engine.
The new one i in excellent condition and Ia decide to tune up some my car.
I bought tune service on Ebay from some guy.
I send him my bin (with already removed FAP and EGR turned off).
He send me some versions of file because he had problem with overboost when I drove in Cruise Control on.

So when he find problem I was happy, car had good power and acceleration.
But in full throttle I had some small smoke.

So I decide to change something by my self.
I change Driver Wish in last column to 80 mm3/stroke (he put first 85 and 82 in last file)
I increase boost to 2300 mbar (he leave 2250 mbar).

I fix also AFR in smoke map because his calculation was very "smoke creating".

I have also strange values form my MAF sensor.
In full throttle first its going very high and then decrease to 1100 mg/stroke.

I don't know way I can't upload my bin here.
I have info "The extension is not allowed"

Edit:
Here it is.

So
please rate my tune.
I don't touch SOI and Rail pressure.
I only increase Rail pressure in rail pressure limiter.

I found map with rail pressure but it's weird for me.

And I have problem with finding SVBL.
On this address 6A1CE i have 0.

1100mg/stroke for 85 mm3 of fuel it's ca. 15,5 AFR I think It's depend on Turbo Map in 85 mg column
You need add more pressure.

I found some AFR calculations on Excel here post3843#p3843
I will try to set this IQ to my car.

But how can I add another column in Smoke Map for exp. 1150 mg per stroke?
What do you think about strange behavior of my MAF?

It looks like some boost leakage? But in PP2000 on the full throttle I have measured and target boost on this same level.

you can't add, you can change axis descriptor.
probably your turbo map last column don't have 85. you need to change, i don't know, which value do you have, but for this value this maf probably is good
if your last three column descriptors have difference about 50, then change this difference to maybe 75, then you can change axis descriptor to have bigger values

So
i fixed some set up on smoke map and turbo.
Should be better.

A have some question:
1. Where in my file is SVBL because i have overboost error when I use Cruise Control.
2. What value of pressure are safe for this engine and turbo (Turbo KKK K03).

If somebody could take a look and rate my tune will be great.
When I will solve problem with smoke and boost I want to change some rail pressure.

I found SVBL for my map.
It is in address 6A216.
Fabric setting is 2300 mb for my engine.
I set it now to 2500 mbar.
I hope that this resolve my problem with overboost error in Crusise Control drive.

Also I set Turbo Map to 2400 mbar in part when it is 80 mm3 IQ.

Could anyone can tell me what is max. safe pressure for this turbo?

Hi Guys.
After my changes in boost maps and limiters I had some over boost error according to 2500 rpm.
So I need to close my waste gate valve in N75 maps (I have 3 of N75 maps).

So if I will decrease values on those maps in 2500 - 3000 rpm then waste gate valve will be more more open and boost should be lower?
Am I right?

Hey guys.
I need some help from you.
I can't handle with this overboost error in cruise control mode.
I change few times N75 maps (i located 3 of them). But still I have overboost. In acceleration in cruise control mode boost are going to 2518 mbar (even when I have svbl set on 2450 mbar and target is 2329 or 2400) and I have check engine and overboost error.

Please look at my bin and give me a clue where is correct n75 map for cruise control steering.

Do you have changed Turbo maps in middle IQ area?
On cruise control Engine tray to go smooth, with little "driver's wish increase"
I think it's not the N75 map problem, but Turbo maps, Boost limiter and SVBL

http://www.ecuedit.com/maps-needed-for-tuning-edc15c2-t29?hilit=maps%20needed%20to%20tune

In this link you can find needed maps, maybe adresses, are different, but it's all needed maps
