Problem with VAG K+CAN Commander

Hi,

Car Audi A6 C5 1998 1.9 TDI AFN
I connect the cable to PC and it finds port. I start Vag Commander 1.4 and it see the port so I can choos it.
Once I plug OBD in the car the divice disappears- no more USB device under port 2. Like I would take off USB cable.
What am I dooing wrong?

Hello, are you using 64 bit version of Windows?

Anyone managed to get VAG commander 1.4 to work on Windows 7 64 bit?

Vag Commander 1.4 should connect window xp or window 7. You'd better use window xp. It is more stable.
