207 1.4HDi 68hp EDC16C34/395373 - EGR location help?

Postby Stetty94 » Wed Aug 05, 2026 5:46 pm

Hi all,
late 2006 207 1.4HDi 68hp (euro4, it shouldn't have FAP, but not really sure about) here.
i've already tried to locate EGR addresses by myself downloading similar ECUs of 1.4HDi.
I've found that my ECU is so different from other ones, none correspond at which addresses they should be (maybe it's a late 2006 ECU batches who were ready to get FAP versions of the 1.4HDi).

Could someone help me finding where go to find EGR hysteresis addresses?
i'd like to make a little remap too, i'd just would get (even buying) some correct damos/mappack to highlights right addresses to be modified (driver wish/iq/air pressure/etc).

I've got DTC errors: P0490-P0409-P1459 (corresponding to a faulty EGR, not 1st time happening)
and if someone could help me brainstorming about these: P0069 (it should be just a dirty MAP) - P2137 (pedal accelerator issues?) - P1351

EcuProducer = Bosch
EcuBuild = EDC16C34
EcuProdNr = 9657699480
EcuStgNr = 9662517180
EcuSoftwareversion = 395373
EngineDisplacement = 1.4 HDi - 8HZ
ECU HARDWARE TYPE
0080B610:1037379398:C45450C_
0080B630:1037395373_C45454B_
MPC561/REV.C -> CC_OFF 56/56/20

Thank you for any help you would give me!
EDIT: I will attach my ori file (bin file) as soon as i'll be able to attach it.

I can't upload the ori file. I always get the "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached." error

By the way, i've tried by myself to find EGR hysteresis addresses and i have found those addresses: 1C59BE and 1C5A24
I have turned them (all the two hystreresis curves) off to 0

Could someone check if i did the right job?

Here's an example of the addresses zone:
