Help with an Audi headache please

Postby Bradley12 » Tue Jun 02, 2026 7:13 pm

Hi, I have adopted a difficult fix. p1592 only sets when you turn ignition on, if you go straight to crank and start doesn't set and drives fine. the problem lies in that the boost pressure sees 1173mbar with engine off.

I have tested everything I can think of, ran jumper leads, changed sensor. eventually came to conclusion had to be ecu, got another, cloned it but still the same.

it has had a EGR and DPF delete. I'm now wondering if its in the maps themselves but I don't have the knowledge or ability to check the scaling in the map or the map itself.

is there anybody that has seen this before, or anyone that can check the file and tell me if its okay or if it is the issue.

thanks in advanced
Bradley

I can't upload the files at the moment says the "quota has been reached"

Upload the file that you have. Also would be good to know some details about car like engine and ECU type. As for DPF deletes for VAG it’s enough one switch. Not going to promise anything, but if you upload or send your file I will definitely check it and see what I can do.
