Hi everyone,
I am looking for a professional chiptuning expert to help me correctly disable the EGR and DPF in the flash file of my Alfa Romeo 159 2.4 JTDM. The ECU is a Bosch EDC16C39.
The best way forward is for me to share my original binary (.bin) file so someone experienced can look into it and modify it properly.
Important: I strictly avoid automatic tools like DaVinci, Volta, or MTX. We all know they wipe out half of the DTC table, ruining future diagnostics. I want this done 100% manually and professionally in WinOLS, keeping the diagnostic system fully functional (proper EGR hysteresis maps adjustment and DPF single-byte switch).
Additionally, the swirl flaps in this car are supposedly already deleted, but I need someone to check the file and confirm if they were disabled correctly in the software, or if they still need to be turned off.
