2018 Ford 1.5 Ecoboost cold start issue

Hello,
if I cold start my 1.5 ecoboost (Bosch MED17.0.1 ECU), it is quite noisy and the idle is hunting. After ca. 40 sec, when closed loop starts, noise gone, and rpm is stable. With warm engine, no starting issues. No DTC, or any other problems. If I disconnect the MAP sensor on manifold, also cold starts perfect. What I've done, without any success:
MAP sensor swapped
EVAP and PCV blanked on intake
PCM adaptations cleared
PCM software updated
PCM software downgraded
leak check on intake side
What I see in logs:
RPM hunting between 1100-1400 (target: 1250)
throttle angle is between 13-18° (actual and desired is the same) - in closed loop stable 6°
MAP 0,8-0,9 bar (in cloosed loop 0,5 bar)
spark advance -20° (in cloosed loop 2°)
I think, it is a catalyst heater function for emissions. Is it possible to reduce or remove this function? Or does anyone have damos for this ECU?
