As we know, the 3.0 TDI engines controlled by MD1CS014, EDC17CP44, EDC17CP54, MD1CP004, 4.0TDI by MD1CP014, 2.0TDI EVO by MD1CS004, 3.0TFSI by MG1CS002, 1.5TSI by MG1CS011 are equipped with an oil pressure regulating valve that is controlled by PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). The manufacturer reduced the oil pressure to alleviate the load on the oil pump and indirectly improve emissions. Many individuals involved in repairing these engines claim that this is one of the contributing factors to their wear and excessive consumption. Through analysis of DAMOS files and testing on dynamometers, we have been able to identify which maps are responsible for controlling oil pressure. Our software is designed to easily increase the desired oil pressure at low RPMs and under light loads to safe values, thus preventing potential issues that may arise from excessively low oil pressure. The software modifies binary files, so we need a programmer such as Flex, Autotuner, Dfox, Kess, etc., to read and write the contents of the controller. It's important to keep in mind that the valve itself can also be faulty. Due to its low cost and ease of replacement, it is recommended to consider replacing the valve as well, in addition to the software modifications. This ensures a comprehensive approach to addressing potential oil pressure issues.

Many automotive specialists and engineers believe that the oil pressure in these engines has been deliberately set lower to reduce the load on the oil pump. While this might result in reduced emissions and be seen as a nod to environmental concerns, the downside is a significant decrease in engine longevity. The proof lies in the numerous seized engines as a direct result of this low-pressure setting, especially at low RPMs. With our software, you no longer have to wait for the next engine to suffer a major breakdown due to this overlooked issue. Alter the oil pressure management effortlessly with just one click! Our program is engineered to edit binary files read by popular programming tools like Flex, AutoTuner, KESS, CMD Flash, dFox, and others. Ensure the longevity and health of your engine by taking control of its oil pressure with our groundbreaking software solution.

Tested on many ecu's! It works with all ECU software on EDC17CP44, EDC17CP54, MD1CP004, MD1CP014, MD1CS014, MD1CS004, MG1CS002, MG1CS011, DCM7.1A, DCM7.1B, MD1CS001, MD1CP002
