EGR temps address for EDC16CP35

Hi,

I am looking to do a Dynamic EGR for my X5 E70 EDC16CP35

EDC16CP35
HW: 0281015852
SW: 1037500776

I'll post here what I have so far. The EGR map addresses:

CC55E - EGR Hysteresis map 16x1
CC5C4 - EGR Hysteresis map 16x1

I am looking for EGR temp high and temp low. EGR_tClntWrmHi/Lo .

I think they might be:

Param Addr Val RAW Scaled (°C)
AirCtl_tClntWrmHi_C 0xCC668 3651 92.0°C
AirCtl_tClntWrmLo_C 0xCC66A 2381 –35.0°C

This would mean that EGR is stopped at 92 C degree and turned on at -35 ?

I found them

Temp [°C] = Raw × 0.1 – 273.1

CC672 - AirCtl_tClntWrmHi_C = 0x3811 → 108 °C
CC674 - AirCtl_tClntWrmLo_C = 0x3751 → 102 °C

I am not sure if these values are used to control only EGR on/off or not. Or maybe we have others.

Based on a A2L file looks like the EGR control in indeed affected by those 2 params beside others.

To find the 2 EGR address I used an older A2L file for EDC16 and its OLS project, found the 2 values and matched them with the ones from my file. 100% match.

Hi,

I have tried a DPF off solution for my BMW 35d X5 but for some reasons error code 41aa appears each time I start the car at idle. I have checked the sensors with engine off and all looks ok. If I revert the software, all looks ok.

Need some help to do this DPF off without having that 41aa. Also I do not want to remove that from DTC codes.
