Hi All,

First of all, thanks for all the information on here. There are a lot of knowledgeable people and I've learned a lot, so thanks.

I'm trying to learn to tune this EDC16. The car came to me with a "professional" stage 1 tune which I don't think is very good, with decalibrated Nm to IQ, duration and a few other things. I don't have an Ori for this car. I have tried to correct some of the problems with the file. I haven't made any changes to the SOI but I think the previous tuner has. Both my current attempt and the original "pro" file are attached.

The car has a Wagner copy intercooler, R90 fuel pump, M50d rail sensor, billet compressor wheel on small turbo and DPF/EGR/swirl flap delete.

If anyone is able to check this before I flash it to the car I'd be very grateful.

I have attached the original "pro" file, my current attempt, the map pack and also a full BDM backup of the "pro" file in case it helps anyone.

Thanks :D

Since I posted this on another forum I have realised that my EOI is way too early with the higher rail pressure, so I will need to redo my SOI tables. This is why I have registered on here, to download the EOI Builder software. If anyone has any other suggestions I'd be very grateful, I expect I have made other errors here.

I ended up having this tuned by Martin Link, who did a great job.

For anyone looking at this thread in a similar position, I'd recommend using WinKFP to update to the latest software version, 500776. There's much more information available for this SW so it's an easier starting point.
