EDC16CP34 DPF OFF - Still smokes sometime

Postby juice » Thu Oct 22, 2020 11:56 am

Hi guys, i just bought an Audi 3.0 TDI BUG engine.
DPF is cut out, i made 1D1760 switch to 0 and 7x12 matrix maps to 0.from 1F259E.
It looks like that sometimes, mostly on idle the car smoke kinda blue, but not always.
Injectors deviations are good, under +-1
I wrote correct IMA codes because they were not written in ECU.
I checked 72 - 76 channels now i have 0ms for now, i think it needs some km for adaption.
I also unplugged DPF pressure and temp sensors.

Step2) Over manual solution i hit ADS remover, which removes more DTS and limp mode off, the smoke is way more lower.
What do i have to do more ?

Can somebody tell exactly the torque limiter maps ? 1D2A78 is automatically detected torque limiter 4x22 but before , there is some weird torque limiter like 4x13 and still remains some values after map which looks torque limiter

Good, and numbers after? There are some numbers which looks like torque values, but i guess they are not considered since are not included in a map.
Regarding the smoke, after DPF switch still smokes, but when i do Lambda LSU switch oFF, then smoke reduces considerable.
I have no errors on lambda. Any thoughts ?
