Hi,

Made a engine modofcation with different cams, now runed int an issue with idle speed, probably we need to adjust how ECU reacts MAP sensor data. because if engine is under 15oorpm it just stals.

So somedy has expierience with such setup: citroen C2 vts, ECU Bosch ME7.4.5, engine TU5JP4S and Newman ph3 cams?

Maybe somebody can help me to develop remap file or at least point the way where to look...

Here it is.
Cams are Newman PH3, and car has full decat manifold and panel K&N filter.
You do not have permissions to view the files yet. You have to be registered and you have to make at least 3 quality / unique posts.

I'm having the same problem after switching to Newman PH3 from CatCams 1323703 which idled like the stock cam.
Did you manage to resolve the idle issue?

I only need a definition file for the ME 7.4.4 ECU in order to edit the idle RPM value and associated timing.
I have one for ME 7.4.5 but its for a V6 PSA engine so I'm hesitant to use that to get the maps for the 1.6L

Even you edit idle, issue will remain. Is not about only to raise idle , is more than that.Ph3 cam is an aggressive cam, hard to tune.

The ECU was already tuned for the 1323703 CatCams and the tune is working fine with the Newman PH3, except for the idle part. There's probably 5 or so more HP at the very top to be had, but that's a minor issue at the moment. I double checked and the ECU is actually the ME 7.4.5 because the car is a facelifted late model.
So, does anyone have a definition file to share for this ECU?
