Error mpps v16 reading

hi, can anyone help me with this kind of error of mpps v16

i want to read flash memory from EDC16C34 ecu mounted on Peugeot 206 1.4 Hdi Eco 70 without FAP , year of the car is 2006

Peugeot Hw no : 9657699480
Peugeot Sw no : 9661728580

Thanks but i can't do that , my equipment isn't oe one ... It's just a clone . I hoped i'll find some answares here because all of this project is with educational purpose .
