Hi, there. This is my first tune. I have tried a basic stage 1 tune.

Drivers wish, EGR off (with hysteresis), Smoke limiter, Duration map, Torque limiter, Torque to IQ, 2nd Boost map(didn't touch the first because it's the cold engine one, if not mistaking), Boost limiter.

Inside the zipped file is the original file, the modified file and the map pack.

Any suggestion is welcome. I'm here to learn.

So, I have worked a little bit on the map.

Adjusted DW.

SM stayed the same. Are my AFR calculations correct? boost(bar)*474/afr=IQ (2.6*474/18=68,46). I was aiming at AFR=18 so I changed from 1500rpm to 3500rpm to be AFR=18. Am I going to gain anything out of that? And at what boost pressure is it safe to do that ( I did i for 1000mbar and above)?

Found 4 more duration maps and extended them to 68mg.

Nm2IQ: fixed the axis problem (RPM and Torque were switched) and adjusted the values.

Boost map: adjusted the axis to 410Nm at 2.6bar. Bumped the boost limiter to fixed 2600mab from 1500rpm to 3500rpm @900Hpa and above. Is this ok?

I do not agree with some of the changes made. For starters these PD140 turbo's are very weak, i will not go above 1.5 bar boost. Boost Limiter is completely wrong, this is really easy to work out in excel.

Your fueling is to low for a AFR of 17.1 with the amount of boost that you have. i wouldn't go bellow this afr for a stage 1 especially with these weak turbo's.

You didn't edit lambda maps and i see you left the DPF on. NM to Iq is also incorrect. i am not going to comment on the smoke limiter as your fueling is incorrect. i would have also done the torque limiter differently.

Overal this file needs allot of work and changes needs to be proper calculated

Thank you for your comment on my file. I worked on things that you said.

I do not agree with some of the changes made. For starters these PD140 turbo's are very weak, i will not go above 1.5 bar boost. Boost Limiter is completely wrong, this is really easy to work out in excel.

So I changed the Boost limiter to 1.5bar boost with the stock shape.

Your fueling is to low for a AFR of 17.1 with the amount of boost that you have. i wouldn't go bellow this afr for a stage 1 especially with these weak turbo's.

I have aimed around AFR=18 but changed it now to AFR=17.1. Hope my calculations are correct. If not, please explain how to calculate correctly.

You didn't edit lambda maps and i see you left the DPF on

I didn't find the lambda maps. Can you please tell me on what address they are? Yea I did left the DPF on, will that be a problem for my tune? I did turn off the EGR.

Changed the torque limiter as well to the stock shape with the max of 410Nm.

Hope the tune is better now.

THERE ARE 3 LAMBDA MAPS THE START AT: 1D68B8

Changed the torque limiter as well to the stock shape with the max of 410Nm.
