TFSI boost deviation

Postby mistertt2 » Sun Jul 07, 2019 5:58 pm

Hello,

I'd like to hear your opinion/thoughts about my issue. I've got some boost deviation at higher rpm's - see attached jpeg.
PID_ED35_Final.jpg

It#'s a 2.0 TFSI, with new K04-64, S3 injectors, large intercooler, 200cpi downpipe 3", stock intake system (pipercross filter in the original engine cover) and a stock rear exhaust, because I like the OEM style.

What do you think - will this deviation come from my stock parts (maybe the intake is too much restricted), or do I have to adjuste some PID maps or the KFLDRL linearistion map?
It's a little bit strange to me, that the N75 dutycycle is so low - in my opinion the dutycycle should raise ways quicker to compensate the deviation, or am I completely wrong?

thanks and best regards,
mistertt
