How to read 1.2 TSI Simos 10? Best way?

Hello everybody, I wish to find the best way to read Siemens simos 10 from 1.2 tsi engines?

Thank you mate, I had it running on a windows xp before but have a new laptop I can't quite find out but will it run on windows 10? If not I'll install XP side by side with Win 10

Forget Windows10 for this tool.. I tried for months, came to nothing.
Best use an old XP machine for it..
