Hello, waiting for my MPPS, and collecting info!

made a conversion for my lupo 3L from robotic to manual gearbox, but the ecu is a 1.4tdi ecu for a Wastegate turbo not a VNT!
when I pull out the maps from the 1.4tdi and stock 1.2tdi ecus will It be easy to combine the fuel and turbo related parts fron the original ecu to the Gearbox related parts? Or there is no need and You can make a small change in the stock ecu?
