Hellow, I want to ask with what hardware I can read and write old Vag cars specifically 1.9 TDI without popping and soldering chips. Thank You

How old cars?? Are they equiped with EDC15+ or with some other ECU ??

Not entirely true. Because If you have EDC15 with dual chip, then you have to solder the chip down and read and writte true Universal programer.
