edc suite is saying that it has 189hp and 449 Nm but doesn't seeem when driving that has so much

ok so i asked some other oppinions about this tune that i have so what i heard is wrong is:
Fueling - De-calibrated and looks percentage tuned in higher fueling requests
Hot Start - not fixed
Turbo request and Limit - Percentage tuned around 15% Request and Limit very close minimal give.
Torque Limiter Set above 70mg although the fueling is limited to 60mg (duration maps actually request more)
EGR Deleted - Codeblock 2 and not 5
SVRL - 4700rpm (Codeblock 2 only)
Launch Control - 50 RPM cut at 3000RPM
i manage to fix Hot start,Egr off
Can somebody help me :cry: ????????
