Ford Fiesta 1.4 TDCi 68hp - SIEMENS SID804

Hi,
I have a little Ford Fiesta with some puny 68hp, I know it's not supposed to be fast since his purpose is to make the most distance using the less diesel possible.

But still I would like it to be a bit more sharp and a little more torque.
Is there anyone able to help?!
