Hi guys,

I can't find address for MAP linearitazion for this ECU. I attach original file.

Stock MAP is 2,5 bar. I should mount 3,5 bar sensor.

Someone do knows where addresses? :?

Thank you!

Address: 1C7726
Size 2x1
MiliVolts facttor: 4,887586
Boost factor: 0,001 Boost offset: -1 (use factor 1 and offset 0 for entering milibars information from boost sensor specification)

ecuedit...

but in my file I read 82 - 951 - 200 - 3000
So it seems a 3 bar sensor but it should be a 2,5 map sensor... Where do i wrong? Or is it a right 2,5 bar sensor?

Your Multipla 1.9 Mjet CF4 115-120 should have sensor 0 261 230 313 or 0 281 006 028, it is 3bar.

as i wrote you and as you can see it is 3bar sensor so if you take in consideration atmo pressure, it can measure 2bar boos:

X1= 82 * 4,887586 = 400,782052mV (0,4V approx)
X2= 951 * 4,887586 = 4648,094286mV (4,6V approx)
Y1= 200mbar pressure
Y2= 3000mbar pressure

thats around 2bar boost if you take off atmo pressure which is not a constant...

ceecee is right about part numbers...

thank you all Bro.

But if I would to mount the 3,5 bar sensor...how the values will should become? 200 - 3500? and the others? It isn't so clear for me... :problem:

hi,
you need to linearise as well as voltage as values too...you need exact linearisation,
best is to find original file from vehicle where you will take 3.5bar map sensor and to make exactly same values in your bin...up to single bit accurate...
considering factors and offsets...but if you do not know how to do that, how you will find values like for example: max possible diffrence between atmo pressure and actual manifold pressure? without finding all very important limiters you wont be able to proceed even if you linearise it....

Following your considerations, I assume new values should be 102 (at 0,5V) and 922 (at 4,5V). Is it wrong?

I don't understand the other factor and offsets you mention. I thought the only values to change were the 4 values.
Obviously turbocharger map and its limiters would be accorded to increase pressures values.

But what about other limiters?

in map linearisation properties change
values: to 16 bit hi/lo
