Opel Vivaro EDC16CP33

Postby tdehrmann1 » Thu Jun 22, 2017 10:09 pm

Hi guys,

i readed this tune from an Opel Vivaro with 2 Liter diesel.
I'm wondering that the car get boost at more than 2500rpm.
The boost control valve is always at 39% only if i lift the pedal it goes up to 59% for a short moment.
If i go to full throttle the boost reaches full boost only at 3000rpm.

If the car is at full throttle for longer than 15 seconds, it goes to limp mode and it shoes an error code that the poost pressure control has malfunction.

Back to my question: Is there any problem with the remap or is it only a hardware problem from the engine (vacuum or anything else)

it would be nice if you can help me.

Thanks.

And sorry for my bad english

EDIT: forgot the file

Maybe here is anybody who can correct the mistakes or give me an original file so that the car runs better? It would be really nice. Cause the car is in daily use.

Hi mate,
here you are your file restaured as original .Use in writing the CAN option driver, if not will loose injectors codes and engine will not rev, and get limp mode.

Thanks again :D
I will try it tomorrow and will report.

I readed also the Injector Code (Nozzle Codes in MPPS). So i think if there is a problem i can flash the nozzle codes.
