Hey! I'm not an expert, but one option is to use WinOLS (google it) to open the file and edit it as you wish. Of course you would have to find the maps and identify the axis and map units (which is where I'm a bit stuck right now), that's the most difficult part.
There is actually a software created specifically to our Td5s, "Td5 Map Suite" (http://luca72.xoom.it/td5mapsuiteweb/index.html) . This one has already a few maps, providing a brief description on them. It accepts only Nanocom files, but if you study the shape of the graphs it is possible to relate them to yours (in WinOLS), making it a good starting point!
