Oxygen sensor elimination

Postby Rocket » Tue May 22, 2012 8:22 pm

Inwas wondering if anyone knows if ECUSAFE is able to accomplish this on a petrol engine. In our country we don't have emissions regulations, so we remove the catalytic converters from the word go. Just need to check if there is a quickmand easy way to achieve this?

Anyone tried this on a petrol turbo engine before?

I do not know, maybe you could be able to do it using WinOLS?
Are you sure it's an electronically controlled component? Many cats are just mechanical and have no sensor in them.

ECUSAFE can not remove lambda from the file. You need to do it manually in WinOls.

In a lot of cars with electronic gas pedal you need the lambda for the engine to work correctly. You can hardware remove and software delete the second lambda(the one after the catalyst) but you must keep the one before the catalyst.
