Audi 2.5TDI AKE maps

Hi,

I have found some maps and I don't understand these maps correctly. For example: 4C0EC and 4C1A0. Looks like some torque limiters, but X values and data values is very strange for me :) Maybe it’s some fuel limiters? But what data is in X axis?

Taip, these are torque limiters by gear ratio and engine rpm
