Hey hey,

i`m new to the forum here. First Post

I think i can help you with your matter.

Its not that easy, a bit complex but i will try to explain

The basic process of a certification means that you have to show compliance against a rule or a specification. To get a TÜV/DEKRA report, a TÜV/DEKRA Staff ("amtlich anerkannten Sachverständigen TH/Uni" (aaS)) will assess your application.
Showing compliance can be done by doing test reports, design reviews, or calculations. TÜV/DEKRA can request for those reports e.g. drive tests, break tests, etc. For a TÜV certification you have request for an application to get a certification/expert report of your modification or product. With that you request for an ABE (single or series).

What you have to do depends on what you want to do. But in all cases some paper has to be draw black.

May you want to explain your project in detail and i will have a look on it.

P.S: i assume that you are German 8-)
