Honda Civic 2,2 ICDTI 2006 (FK3) DPF and AGR

Postby Mecka1990 » Fri Feb 20, 2015 10:25 pm

Hello Guys,

i got a Honda Civic 2,2 ICDTI Sport DPF 2006 with 198000 kilometers on it, i bought the car for 7500 euro before 2 years, there it got only 158000 km, im from Austria and cant find any Tuner that can help me get rid of my Problem.

A guy here cleard the inside of my Dpf, because my DPF was completly full and the regeneration wont start any more, even not with the Honda Interface Module and Honda Diagnostic System, got them both.

A other guy ("tuner") set DPF Off, till there the DPF Full Lamp is gone, but i got another Problem, the AGR/EGR shows me an error, it shows that it dont got enough flow, but i clear all ashes out (build out the egr and cleared) and deleted the error with HDS and HIM, the Lamp is gone for only 1-2 minutes, but then it comes again, same problem, agr not enough flow, so i think its totally broken, when i was about to clear the Egr the valve was closed. a new egr will cost about 300 Euro, and the DPF will cost about 2000 Euro, i really dont got that money.

I have already tried 5 Months to delete the AGR and DPF correctly, got MPPS + Cable to Read and Write, HIM and HDS for Diagnostic and resetting Errors on my Car and check Working. Also try Ecusafe to delete DPF and AGR, but Agr still shows a problem (EGR flow not enough.

Maybe someone of you can help me? i got all Ecu Maps (tuned and original) but if i try to delete the agr/egr my engine still lose power and the lamp goes on, i wasted already to much money on this car but i dont got a job at the moment and my money is running out.

i find many guides of programming and deleting AGR and DPF, and i tried much of them, but the other problem is that when i delete DPF by myselv the Cruise Control wont work to, but there is an solution that i cant programm because i dont got the know how of paramter changes and programming direclty with the codes. For me its not important to got Cruise control, but its a nice have.

Solution of getting Cruise control working is to set the Value 0 for the different pressure sensor before and after DPf, this is what i found but i cant do it by myselv because i dont got the software for it.

so, someone here can help me with my car? i already spent 3250 Euro in the last 5 Months, repaired the Brakes, Shock Absorber, bought new Tire and set them on and many other stuff, the Car is Worth only 5000 Euro but i dont stopped working on it because its my first Car and i love it, and waste about 1400 Euro for the Programmings but nothing helped me :(

with best regards, Mario from Austria (sorry for my bad English)
