Searching for VAG professional

Seeking a man capable of fine-tuning of the engine control unit new VAG, including diesel.
interested fine tuning for updated turbos, pulleys, etc. usual mass MOD not interested .
interested for individual approach and knowledge of VAG engines with EDC MED, SIMOS (fine tuning , knowledge of all the nuances of the engines.)

I saw one of your VAG group car (A3) work on the Bosnian/Croatian border,
two girls in the vehicle with purple rims,
i am pretty sure it was 140hp engine :)

and no one is working with a vag?
I think that the change of several parameters without knowledge of the engine can not be called a chip-tuning)
