Help identifying factors and map axe data

Postby sike_145 » Sun Aug 03, 2014 2:57 pm

Hi!
I need help with identifying map factors for Z axe and what data it represents (after applying factor).
There is also weird numbers (65493) in SOI below 1000 RPM and IQ of 5 and 8 mm3...what is that?

Duration MAP:

SOI MAP:

Also, I think I found rail pressure related data at 79D4C and 7A46C addresses (what are theese maps?)...but don't know where to find X and Y data; Please, can someone help?

Thanks!

SOI factor = 0.023438 offset = 0. You must check the SIGN box in WinOls to see negative SOI in low iq.

Thanks!
Is same factor for duration map too?
I assume that in both maps resulting values are crankshaft rotation degrees?

No it is not the same factor. Injection duration is in µs (microseconds).

Great, thanks!
Few more questions if you can answer, I would be very gratefull:

1. about SOI map...on x axes there are values up to 5400 (I suppose this will be RPM?) and on y axes are values up to 7500 (i suppose this is 75,00 mm3 od iq?). Am I wright?

2. if I want to increase IQ, let say to 80 mm3, I have to change last value on x axes to 8000 and change z values to increase injection time so this 10 mm3 extra can be injected? How to calculate how much time I need to increase to inject this 10 mm3 extra of fuel?

3. regarding increase in fuel quantity injection, I also need to increase SOI, but there in map are only values up to 75 mm3 (if my asumption in 1. is correct)...so I need to increase value in y axes also? And how to calculate how many degrees to add?

Thanks!
