Hello i`m new here this is my first post *do not be angry* for the first question. The car is peugeot 407 1.6hdi edc16c34. With winols i make manual switch change like in explanation here ,also with pps2000 absent dpf in bsi. But no work . Maybe is problem because no dpf at all ,clean pipe ,sensors are ok and not damaged. Maybe i need to change something else because of this situation.Or i need to do manual switch and plus clean with ecusafe 1.9.3 version.

p.s. how to upload file ???

you need 3 posts - read forum rules, than you will be able to upload and download files.
you did not specify what does not work...you get some errors? limp? ...you have to be specific...

if aditive level was to low, you will have to make some other adjustments for this ecu even if you used switch solution...
forget ecusafe.

No errors-i only drive few km - i will see today , reprogrammed injector codes and configuration but sound of valves is much louder ,after i put back original map bright sound desappear and fap absent error in pp2000.

And one more question 2 different switch version on this forum ,which one is ok.

1. 00 7f 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 02 01 01 00 0c 3b

or

2.00 7f 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 02 01 01 00 0c 3b

Thanks ecuedit

7f 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 02 01 01 00 0c 3b

This is without dpf :
7f 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 0c 3b

So we must find this string and set 00 00 in it:
00 7F 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 00 0C 3B

407nofap.zip

so, forums are for help and knowledges, not for business.

how did you find it :? ? Have you damos?
Can you help me?

If You want to play with fault codes, make a map where error codes is in 16bit HiLo hexdecimal format and started at 1C82A6 and map is 4x233.
233 switches for this map is in 8bit format and started at 1C8B44. U-codes looks like cxxx (U0046=c046)
Have a Fun!

Hi,

I have followed switch method on 307 1.6hdi 2005 edc16c34, removed FAP via PP2000 in two places in BSI, but i'm still getting errors (in PP2000, not dash) regarding FAP: fuel filler cap, aditive level too low, level to high, additive ECU incorrect value received over CAN. And moreover, all of them are stating that car was running 77kmh while those errors occured, but car was stationary! Have anyone seen such issue? Is there something i could do apart from removing DTC (which i'm not familiar with yet... )?

Thanks
