i guess you`ll need to do the bench operation extracting your 29f400 flash and putting another one processed by programmer, with appropriate content to be compatible with 24c04, an immo.

if you have original file, try to write in slow mode ( recovery ) by mpps,..
Remove requested fuse and try to write original file and maybe it will not work in first try, just keep trying,...

If that doesnt work you have two options:
bench mode ( boot mode )
desolder flash

is it possible to remove the 29f400 chip from another ecu which i have flashed with original (bricked) ecu and solder it onto the board of the bricked ecu?

Yes, you can do it. Just write the dump in the programmer.

i recovered a friends 1.9tdi ecu with mpps, the car needed a to be charging to write to it. We'd written a bad file to it and it wouldn't start, he was panicking as i didn't seem to be able to write the original file back to it. It turned out to be the battery voltage under 13 volts, put a charger on it and it wrote first time. It might help, good luck
