Best hardware for Mercedes tuning

Hi
What /which hardware is suitable to progam mercedes-benz motormanagement ECU's through OBD.??

To tune engines

and to delete DPF and adblue functions

I don't know for certain if it will work or not but I just ordered a Galletto 1260 for $13usd. It is supposed to work with MEx.x ECUs and others. My MB has a ME2.0 ECU and I figured it was worth a shot for a mere $13. I'm only interested in virginizing a used ECU so I can program it with DAS/Xentry.

The car was free! From the reviews I've read, Chinese clones work as well as the original.
