ECU READ AND WRITE TOOLS problem

Hi guys

i have a bit of a problem. i bought vagcom 11.11 last week. and i downloaded a couple of flash tools like mmps, galetto, me7 flash logger.
and nefmoto. none of them wants to connect to my ecu. can anyone give me advice please? i think the cable is aross-tech cable. if anyone maybe has the correct software for me?

i downloaded a couple of ecu tunnng softwares and they all work fine i just have a problem to read and write files off of my ecu.

hy, vag com is not compatible wit this softweres,you need flash tolls ;)
BUY THIS TOLLS- MPPS,GALETTO,KWP2000...!
