Hi,
I would suggest to pull out all injectors,
put them to the test and make repaire and setting.

I can say for sure you will have to repaire some in your case,
so I would not spend money for those liquids at all.

And when you once decide to work, you
do all of them to have peace for next xxx years.

Car probably has big milage...
Decision stays on you ;)

About those liquids,
OdinEidolon has more experiance.

Regards.

Agreed - if you can afford to clean those injectors professionally, do not waste money on cleaning fluids.

Cleaning fluids help in two situations: you have a very rough running engine and want to fix it ASAP without having to dismantle injectors OR you want to mantain your injectors in good shape, so you can pour in a bottle every service, or every year, depending on many factors.

Cylinder deactivation is a new tech, Audi has been introducing it in the latest petrol engines (both a big AMG V8 and a smaller 1.4 if I recall correctly), it's a very interesting stuff.

Thanx m8s

ecuedit: I have 212k km on the meter ATM - it seems time has come to show some love for injectors and get them cleaned.

OdinEidolon: Do you know "antigrippante 25" - http://www.avtomehanika-arcon.si/images ... C_0033.jpg. Someone suggested this was top stuff :?:

That is a product usually available to professionals only. I did not find a way to purchase it separately, did you?
It is supposed to be very good, however I guess in that field more or less all professional injectors cleaners are good. I worked in the field a bit but we mainly used Bardhal, Wynn's and GreenStar products.
In some cases, you can also run the engine on 100% cleaning product to maximize the benefits. In your engine I do not thing this is advisable / necessary.

My suggestion is that you buy the cheaper you can find that is acceptable in quality (professional grade, and not only written on the bottle for marketing, search on the net first, be aware lots of people suffer from placebo effects!). If it does nothing even if you diluited it in not much fuel (1:10), then you have better have your injectors tested and cleaned. Ecuedit can help you with that as he said.

Your injectors are not THAT bad, trust me, they could be much worse. Cleaning them is always a good thing but do not "lose your head" on it.

Hi i hope someone may help me,

I have a misterious injector correction flow on inject. 1 and 2.
Inject 1 showing about 1.60
Inject 2 showing -5mg..

I change those two but still got about same value.

What could make the engine over corrected the injectors?
