No.

Emission test is done at 2500-3000 rpm, rev limiter is above 4500 rpm.

Here it's done at full throttle and max rpm.

Have anybody made rev limiter using launch control map? 0 km/h IQ 100 at 5355 rpm / IQ 0 at 5356 rpm and 3.1-180 km/h IQ 100 at 4500 rpm / IQ 0 at 4510 rpm. Change km/h value in axis up to 180 km/h and 185 km/h IQ 100 at 5355 rpm / IQ 0 at 5356 (no need to limiter in high speed?). If it works then rev limiter is OFF when car is standing still and doesn't affect smoke test? Hope everybody understand what I mean :)

It worked but 10 rpm gap is too much so next time I will try 3 rpm gap to make it more rapid

if you want launch control and hard rev limiter you must study the eficience graphic of your turbo. If you put launch control too soon it will be fagg and useless  you must know at what revs your turbo is half-full or full of pressure to have good effect ;) like he said, if you want a good rev limiter, 2-5 rpm of gap is fine and this rev limiter was created not just for fun, it has calculations and rules to make it efficient :)
