Please take a look,what is wrong?

Hi, any sugestion very halpfull. Engine starts fine,car have power until 3000 rpm, then engine off, glow spirale blinking and store dtc code Internal Control Module: EEPROM Error Car is skoda octavia 1.9tdi, here is the original and modified file

you also have the dtc with original file?
