It is a seat toledo manufactured in 2000, EURO 2 ,110 hp.
I changed:
-DW
-EGR OFF
-SVLB-2200
-BOOST MAP-max 2147 mbar , i added column for 51 mg ,maximum allowed by the old map was 45 mg
-BOOST LIMIT MAP-max -max 2250 mbar(I noticed that many put SVBL larger than the other two maps, but we saw that was so original software and wanted to keep the same).
-N146 -UNCHANGED( (this map have column for 51 mg of diesel)
-N108- i added column for 51 mg diesel and a few degrees, Maximum value I added it is 3 degrees for 51-40 mg and 3738 rpm.
-Offset factor used-0.01.I do not know how to calculate EOI of injection.
Please explain to me how I calculate. It is not as simple as PD engine
-TORQUE LIMITING -max accepted 51 mg of diesel
-IQ limiting by MAF-SMOKE MAP-I changed the last three columns, they became -850 ,950 ,1050. Before maximum was 950

just do not want anyone to give their opinion

i think that the boost target map could be done more ;)
and the TQ need more adjust.

in the first block, why you change n75 PID?

boost map need improve, smoke limiter and torque need more iq at end of revs.

its a safe remap!

Try to do it better to all basic settings and volume.

sandoro1987 -I know that this turbine supports 1.3 bar but I noticed that 51 mg is sufficient
475x2147=1019

1019/51=19.98 AFR
However if you think I should go above pressure and please tell im gonna try to change it.

paulo_ribeiro -I have not changed N75 pid control and I do not know why I do not allow to modify it as in the original software.
When you say have improved map boost you mean that should increase the pressure for the last column, 51 mg?

SVLB automatically change when change and N75 PID control. Does anyone know why and if it is normal to happen?
