Please check my EGR off

Postby jonti » Tue Feb 10, 2015 9:55 pm

Hi,

First time for me :)

Please could you take a moment to check my EGR off?

The car is a kia rio 1.5 crdi, i *hope* I have flattened out the 4x 25x1 hysteresis related to the EGR.

Many thanks.

The above file is incorrect, I believe those maps are torque limiter. The car started then immediately cut out.

I think I have found them (see attached file), it is 4x 18x1 hysteresis. Please could someone check my work? If it is wrong can you suggest where it might be?

Many thanks.

Yes, you are right (i did little modifications in this post not to lead users to the same path ;) )
Those were Torque limiters, and limp mode torque limiter, check picture below.
When i come home i will take 15minutes and will take a look.
