Peugeot EDC16C34 IMMO Delete

Hi guys, i have bought a Peugeot 207 and after few days, the car not starting anymore.
On board I can see Error electronic anti-theft error, and when i scan BSI i can see Transponder not recognized.
Can somebody help me with EEprom immo off? I attached full read here.

Check keys, maybe just a key problem
