Peugeot 406 HDI 2.0

After any advice on my first attempt at a map for my 406 HDI.

I feel like I've made some significant gains over the standard map, and am curious to see how much further it will go with some guidance and assistance from people here!

It only appears to be boosting to 16psi (1.1bar) and I've been told these turbos (K03) can handle somewhere around 20psi (1.37bar)?
I'm fairly certain I've set the boost limiters high enough for it to be allowed to exceed 16psi, so I think I must be missing something somewhere, or not accounting for something.

I'm not overly worried if the turbo, or the motor go, I've got another larger turbo ready to go in, and the engine has done 436,000kms so it's only a matter of time really!

Without smoke you should be able to inject over 80mm3 at max torque with 1.25-1.3bar. That should give over 320Nm and around 145CP. With 1.4bar and some smoke, 380Nm and over 150CP are possible, but this requires SOI modifications, intake modifications and cat removal with a straight through exhaust.

You should post your .ori, but injector calibrations seem heavily modified. This is not the way to do things on this ecu.
