Hello guys, I remove fap from my car 5 days ago, I pulled out cat. converter and driled few holes in fap.
There is no any error on the dashbord, but there is slight smoke on behind. Im intereseted, what is happening now?
In my opinion fap wiil never be cloged enough to do regeneration. If Im right regeneration is only working when fap gets enough temperature and its cloged enough, and dpf sensors gets information that fap is hot enough and cloged enough to do regeneration.
What can be wrong if I keep driving whit only this solution?
I prepared for software solution, but im courious what will happen If just keep driving the car without soft. correction..
I have galletto 4 , and lexia , Im thinking to do manual switch in the file in the hex reader, but where I can do checksum? I have winols
testversion, but i cant save modified file.. So what program I can use to do cheksum after modified file?
And one question, after I read the file from the car, can i disconect the galleto and start car normaly ?
Or I have to back modified file while galleto is still connected.. sorry for bad english :)
