PCMtuner read EDC17C57 too fast

PCMtuner Read/ Write EDC17C57 Too Fast, 3 seconds finished？

For EEPROM, it's perfectly correct since EEPROM is only 32kb;
For Flash, try again without selecting "Use write optimizations" to get full Flash read/ write
