passat 130 avf

Postby seb.g » Mon Jan 26, 2015 10:27 pm

Hi all, i have this map on my car currently, however the torque feels really low,

2002-passat-130-sport-remap-cctech-(s3bbg).bin

i tried running this map and the car felt good torque wise, however the car seemed to be running a bit rough, so ive gone back to my first remap file

FinalAVF1.bin

i believe this is my orig file
2003-passat-130-avf-sport-standard(SL03).bin

any suggestions to improve my remap file i have on my car at the moment?

does any one have a blacksmpoke file i can compare to my file? thanks in advance

What year is ur passat ?
The file u tried and found the car running rough, works only on 2001 AVF.After 2001 the AVF have other iniectors, which means they have different duration maps.

Since u downloaded this file on forum (i made it) i did the changes so it works ok on ur car.
No more rough running.

Try it and tell how it feels, does it smokes or not, does the clutch slips or not.

The file from kiltoni looks for me ok, but as idea, these cars can have 70 mg from 2500 rpm to 4000 rpm, duration injection up to 35 36 degrees and add 1-2 degrees to SOI. Settings tested on dyno for thousands of kilometers without problems, up to 180 hp

How much boost are needed for 70 mg ? Around 1.6bar ?

Go with 2.5 , pressure limiter to 2600 and svbl 2620, its safe , and look at the smoke and air mass readings.
2.5 * 475 = 1187 mg air / 70 mg fuel = ~17 AFR well you are okey.

I tested these settings on many cars, no problems and monster power.
