Hi

I have recently bought a Galetto 1260. files came with disc for lots of cars but i cant seem to write them.
I can read ecu no problem but when i try and write i get an error.
Ive a passat 2003 1.9tdi avf
any help of a map file would be great

WARNING!! If you dont want to brick your ecu, or "blow" up your car , i advise you not to write unknown source files.(You have that error because the file you try to write does not come form a EDC15 ECU!!!!, if the tool would be dumb enough to erase your flash, you would ended up with a bricked ecu, and only a pro could revive it!)
Read the file, search the forum for edc15 tuning guide and study it, if you know what your doing, then remap and write it back, or ask a tuner to do it for you.

Sound's reasonaply! I did also buy disc with lot of tuned map files. Quite dangerous to use them though I don't know if those are tested. I Think people should sell only tested maps!
